So We Ate Cake!

ice cream cake made of pineapple soft serve in one layer, and coconut ice cream in the other layer, separated by cookie crumble layer, lattice work frosting on sides - custom tops!

One of my daughters works at Michael's Dairy this summer, scooping ice-cream, and making ice-cream cakes! Since she worked yesterday, we took a hike today & ate cake after dinner.
