Golden Fields of Grasses - sold
11"x14" oil on oil primed linen mounted on professional artboard (Raymar)
I love walking down a path through tall waving grasses. This is the season they are golden. Day by day they fade to the lightest straw color, as they dry the wind rustles them in vast ripples across the field. Ah the sounds of autumn approaching!

Your brush strokes on the grass and your sense of light are so compelling. Beautiful!
Thanks Cheryl! This is a favorite place of mine to go walking...I like to spend a lot of time there (over at Harkness Park).
